WHY HYROX AT TRAIN YARD?
At Train Yard, HYROX isn’t just a class on the timetable — it’s what we specialise in. Our space is fully equipped with everything you need to train the HYROX format properly, including ski-ergs, sleds, rowers, wall balls, and all the functional tools used in official events. Every session is coached by trainers experienced in HYROX-specific programming, ensuring you learn correct technique, build confidence, and progress safely at your own pace.
We run regular in-house HYROX challenges and simulation events so you can practice the race format, track your improvements, and experience the buzz of competition in a friendly, supportive environment. You’ll be training alongside a growing community of HYROX beginners and athletes who motivate, encourage, and celebrate each other every step of the way.


CLASSES NOT FOR YOU?
If our HYROX classes don’t fit your style or schedule, you’re always welcome to train independently on our gym floor. Outside of class times, the full HYROX-equipped space is open for you to run your own workouts, practice specific stations, or follow your personal training plan at your own pace.
Whether you prefer to train solo, want extra practice before an event, or simply feel more comfortable working through movements on your own, the gym is yours to use.
We’re here to support however you choose to prepare for HYROX — classes, open training, or a mix of both.
NEW TO WEIGHT TRAINING?
LIFT is our dedicated strength-focused class designed to help you build a solid foundation of power, technique, and confidence in the gym. Whether you’re completely new to lifting or looking to refine your skills, our coaches guide you through structured sessions that focus on key strength movements such as squats, deadlifts and presses. Each class is carefully programmed to improve form, increase strength safely, and help you progress week by week.
The environment is supportive and beginner-friendly, with coaches offering individual attention to ensure you move well and feel strong. Many members use LIFT to complement their HYROX training, while others simply enjoy developing strength in a welcoming, empowering atmosphere.
