We have a custom branded app which you can download on both Apple and Android.

• Sign up online via our app/website

• No, juniors can only access the gym between the hours of 5am-5pm Monday - Friday and 5am10pm Saturday & Sunday.

• Juniors are unable to book/ join in with classes

• Juniors may be asked to leave if they are in the building outside of their allocated times.

• You can freeze your membership anytime, for a period of up to 3 months. Please contact a member of staff if you’d like to do so.

• Our opening hours are 4am - 10pm Monday - Sunday

• Bank holiday hours will vary. Keep an eye on our website for change of hours

• We have 11 allocated slots outside of the gym (look out for our logo above the bays). Anytime before 7am or after 5:30pm, "SUGOI CAMPER", "MR BAKER" & "TIGHE" spots may be used if all other spaces are taken. Please AVOID parking in any other spots. If these spaces are taken, please follow the video below for our overflow car park!

• Yes, we have a selection of in-house trainers who deliver Personal Training sessions. Check out our trainers under the “who we are” section of the website.
